The Brooke has plenty of room for your furry friends, including local scenic trails you can explore for hours. A pet deposit of $350 is required, with an additional $150 for your second pet. Maximum of two pets per home. The monthly fee per pet is $25. Certain dog breeds are restricted, including Pit Bull Terriers/Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Chows, Akitas, Wolf-Hybrids, Alaskan Malamutes, Presa Canarios, and Doberman Pinschers.
